# Pingle Privacy Policy

Pingle does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.

- **What is stored:** the reminders you create (name, description, frequency, sound settings, on/off state).
- **Where it is stored:** only on your device, in Chrome's local extension storage (`chrome.storage.local`). It never leaves your computer.
- **Network access:** none. Pingle makes no network requests, uses no analytics, and loads no remote code.
- **Permissions:**
  - `alarms`: runs a timer for each active reminder.
  - `notifications`: shows the desktop notification when a reminder is due.
  - `storage`: saves your reminders on your device.
  - `offscreen`: plays the reminder sound you picked (Chrome extensions need an offscreen page to play audio in the background).

Uninstalling the extension deletes all of its stored data.
